Agreement DeHall Designs, LLC cannot process an order until payment is made in full. Payment may be made by credit or debit card from any of the following major companies – MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any errors in your order until it's been submitted by clicking the "confirm order" button on the checkout page. Once payment has been processed and received, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to the address provided.
DeHall Designs reserves the right to decline an order for any reason, at its discretion, and will not be liable to anyone in those circumstances. Since our products are Limited Edition, supply is subject to availability. Prices and Payment In the unlikely event that the price of an item has been incorrectly advertised on this website, we will contact you by e-mail (at the address you provided with your order details) or telephone, to ask if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. If we are unable to obtain your instructions, or you do not wish to proceed, we will cancel the order and provide you with a full refund of any payment received.
By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are required to submit the 3-digit security code on the back of the card being used at the time of purchase. If the card is not authorized for payment DeHall Designs will decline your order and is not liable for any delay or non-delivery. DeHall Designs is not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. DeHall Designs is not responsible for charges or fees associated with the processing of your credit/debit card in accordance with your order. Delivery Subject to availability, DeHall Designs will ship the items via United Parcel Service (UPS), within 7–14 days of order placement. We accept no liability for late deliveries that occur due to circumstances outside of our control. Should your order consist of more than one item, those items may be delivered separately. All orders shall be deemed complete and accepted in total when customer receives delivery from DeHall Designs by, UPS, Federal Express, or a third party service.
Return Authorization Required Before you return or exchange any item for any reason - You must first contact DeHall Designs for a Return Authorization Number (RAN), that is required for all returns or exchanges, and shipping instructions. We highly recommend that you send your return via UPS, Fed EX, or insured US Mail. Items sent but not received will NOT receive credit for the return. Items received without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be refused and sent back to you.
Return / Exchange Policy If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason you may return them for a refund; less a 20% restocking fee and less all related shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges are not refundable for all purchases. Only the purchase price of the item is refundable. Embroidered, Hemmed, Altered items are NOT RETURNABLE, EXCHANGEABLE, or REFUNDABLE. Returned items must be returned in original condition, not dry cleaned, washed or worn. No returns will be accepted, on any items, after 30 days from original receipt.
Exchanges For faster service on exchanges, we recommend you reorder and purchase the correct item online. Send the return back to us with the (RAN) number. When the old products are returned we will credit your account, less shipping and handling charges. The customer is responsible for cost of shipping for all exchanges. The customer is responsible for all freight charges associated with the return, exchange, and reorder. No exchanges will be accepted, on any items, after 30 days from original receipt.
Defects in Workmanship Defects in workmanship must be presented to DeHall Designs by phone (513.518.7355), or e-mail within 15 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)
Shortages or Incorrect Orders All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us by phone (513.513.7355) or e-mail, within 5 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)
Order Cancellations Order cancellations will be processed if payment for any items is denied, for any reason, or if the customer notifies DeHall Designs within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders shipped, but refused by the customer will be charged shipping and handling charges, along with a 20% restocking fee. Orders which have already reached our distribution center cannot be canceled, changed, or stopped. Shipping charges will apply if the order has shipped or is in our distribution system. Orders that have been shipped, but not wanted by the customers should follow our return policy shown above.
Shipping Information All Orders shipped within continental United States will be sent via UPS, unless otherwise requested. International Orders will be shipped via best suitable carrier, UPS, FEDEX, or other third party service. All orders require 48 hours to process before shipping, not including weekends or holidays. We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Shipping charges are calculated based on the specific weight of the order using the actual published counter rates by the selected carrier. There are no hidden handling charges. UPS ground delivery will take 4 - 8 days on average. |
